Astute Group, a global electronics distributor and trusted supply chain partner, has entered into a strategic distribution agreement with Puya Semiconductor — a leading provider of ultra-low power non-volatile memory and Arm® 32-bit MCU solutions.

Renowned for its innovation and product reliability, Puya Semiconductor is a preferred supplier to top global brands such as Samsung, OPPO, Xiaomi, and HP. The company’s ultra-low power, high-performance components are engineered to meet the demanding requirements of today’s advanced electronic systems.

Under this new agreement, Astute Group will distribute Puya’s comprehensive range of NOR Flash, EEPROM, and Arm® Cortex-M0+ & M4 core MCU products. Puya’s NOR Flash devices are particularly suited for applications such as low-power Bluetooth modules, true wireless stereo (TWS) headsets, mobile phone touch and fingerprint technologies, and car navigation systems. Its EEPROM products are extensively used in mobile phone camera modules, smart meters, network communications, and home appliances, ensuring high endurance and stable data storage for frequent updates.

Mike Ward, Semiconductor BDM, Astute Group, commented, “Puya’s ultra-low power design philosophy and proven success with global tier-one brands align perfectly with our focus on delivering reliable, efficient solutions to demanding markets. We are excited to offer customers greater access to these cutting-edge technologies.”

“Our collaboration with Astute Group enables us to expand our footprint across key European markets,” said Norbert Harkam representing Puya Semiconductor. “Astute’s deep technical knowledge, dedicated engineering support, and strong presence in high-reliability sectors make them an ideal partner to serve our growing customer base in industrial, automotive and consumer applications.”

The partnership is set to strengthen supply resilience and accelerate the adoption of low-power embedded technologies across the region, reinforcing Astute Group’s commitment to supporting the evolving needs of OEMs and systems integrators in the most demanding sectors.
