Pavna Industries has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Government of Tamil Nadu to build a modern auto-components plant at the Future Mobility Park in Shoolagiri, Krishnagiri District.

The plant will manufacture parts for a wide range of vehicle types — including passenger cars, two-wheelers, three-wheelers, commercial and off-road vehicles.

Tamil Nadu’s state government has promised full support to ensure the project’s timely execution.

Swapnil Jain, Managing Director of Pavna Industries, said the facility will generate employment, create opportunities for local talent, and bolster the state’s automotive ecosystem. He added that the project is in line with the Make in India initiative.

The move is expected to strengthen Pavna’s presence in India’s auto supply chain and contribute to Tamil Nadu’s goal of becoming a global hub for future mobility solutions.
