Artificial Electronics Intelligent Materials Limited (AEIM) has secured 11.28 acres of industrial land at Kosala Industrial Park in Nava Raipur, marking a major step in the company’s expansion within India’s semiconductor ecosystem.

The allotment was approved by the Nava Raipur Atal Nagar Vikas Pradhikaran (NRDA) under Chhattisgarh’s industrial policy, which offers capital subsidies of up to 40 percent. Construction of the new facility will begin immediately, using post-tensioned slab technology to accelerate project timelines. AEIM plans to complete the first phase of its multi-storey manufacturing complex by May 2026, with commercial operations targeted for the third quarter of 2026.

The company has already placed orders for semiconductor production equipment from Japan, South Korea, and the United States, aligning deliveries with the construction schedule.

With an investment of ₹10,000 crore, the project is expected to create more than 4,000 high-skill jobs. AEIM Executive Director Vishaal Nandam noted that the upcoming facility will support Raipur’s emergence as a semiconductor hub while contributing to engineering skill development and regional economic growth.

Corporate Secretary Akila Suresh added that AEIM has recruited a second cohort of engineers who will undergo specialized training at the company’s facilities in Chennai, Singapore, and Estonia. Additional hiring rounds will follow as the project progresses.

The Raipur plant will produce advanced semiconductor materials—including sapphire ingots, wafers, and next-generation electronic substrates—supporting India’s long-term goals for semiconductor self-reliance. AEIM continues to operate as a specialist in semiconductor materials and advanced electronic components, backed by strong R&D capabilities across its global facilities.
