Eveium Smart Mobility, in partnership with SunEdge, has kicked off their collaboration with the delivery of 150 electric scooters in Pune. This partnership brings together Eveium’s expertise in electric mobility and SunEdge’s strong distribution network to accelerate EV adoption across India.
The two companies are targeting sales of 10,000 electric scooters within the first year of collaboration, reflecting the rising demand for sustainable transport in both urban and semi-urban areas.
Speaking on the milestone, Sameer Moidin, CEO of Eveium, highlighted that the initiative goes beyond sales figures, aiming to drive momentum for a cleaner transport ecosystem. Chhagan Rathod, Chairman of SunEdge, emphasized that EVs represent the future of personal mobility rather than just a passing trend.
The scooters delivered in Pune are from Eveium’s latest lineup, offering advanced technology, rider comfort, and zero-emission performance. This first delivery boosts customer confidence and signals a nationwide push to make electric two-wheelers more accessible. With motorcycles dominating India’s two-wheeler market, such initiatives have the potential to significantly influence EV adoption.
